Hotel President International is located in Quisquis 112 and Ximena a privileged area considered the heart of the tourist, financial and commercial district of Guayaquil.  In fact, our hotel is only ten minutes from “José Joaquin de Olmedo” International Airport, and just six blocks from the amazing Malecon 2000 and Las Peñas hill, as well as various museums, parks and historic cathedrals.

Our city has a new area known as “Zona Rosa” (The pink zone), which is located only few blocks away from the hotel, and invites you to explore a mixed environment filled with sea breeze from the Guayas river, and the typical smell of Ecuadorian food.
